Since the Hurricane I have been a candle burning freak. I have all my little candles all around the apartment. Well not really since the Hurricane but I have used them more since that. When ever we get a real big thunderstorm rolling in thru Winter Park, which is like everyday, 4 out of 5 times I will lose power for a brief period of time.

I use to pick my self up and grab my purse and go out shopping or someplace I have not been to. Like last night... I knew the power went out at my place I just had that gut feeling and I was coming back from the rents house. I was hungry and didnt eat dinner at their place, because I wasnt hungry then, but oh well. So I was in the mood for a small sub sandwhich and went to Subway in the Whole Foods shopping Plaza in Winter Park off Aloma Ave.

I get there place my order go to the register and see a little handwritten note attached to the back of the register I face while standing there saying... "We do not accept bills larger than a 20." Opps. I had a 50 on me and thats all. So the guy told me to check with next door and ask them for some change. I go out and next door was Tijuana Flats Burrito Co. I go in there and what a kick ass cool place that is. It had autograph pictures all over the wall and while I waited to get change from the bartender who was a rather nice gal and didnt ask questions on why I was asking for change, I saw a small person signing a picture. Now I had no clue who he was but a gal came out of the back with a frame and they hung it up right away. So on my way out I checked to see who it was and OMG!!!.

It was from the movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. One of the most famous groups of people, (in my opinion), an Umpa Lumpa!! Can you believe that. I started singing the song of course in my head. I wanted to ask him where the orange paint on his face was and the green hair. I just died. "I want an Umpa Lumpa.. I want an Umpa Lumpa now!!!" Is probably what I would say. If I was sitting there near his table for laughs. Like he has'nt heard that line once too many times.

I tried to call my mom and well the battery was dead on my phone and then I realize I had my camera in my purse, whcih I left in the car. DAMN!!! Of course. I could have asked nicely to take a picture!! Bummer!! Figures.

The power did go out at my place and turned back on 3 minutes after I walked in the door from my outing. Good Timing!! Now I have to get ready for patients.
