This has got to be the worst hurricane in history. Not by damage, loss of life or speed/wind power, but for its stuburn ability to slow the fuck down. Frances is now going 4 mph. Excuse me I would like to get this over with. Can we maybe kick it up a notch or two.
Now another thing is she needs to pick a Category and stick with it... she's a 2 now. With the possiblilty of being a 3-4 when she hits.. I say a 3, but we remember Charley and how he all of a sudden grew a set and came full force. Picky Bitch this Frances is.
