These are the Days of Jenn's Sucky Life...
Hurricane Ivan... but before I get into that... I opened my eyes this morning after my alarm went off to the smell of fresh flowers in the apartment. I kept looking at them last night while watching Showgirls for the 40,000th time. Like the flowers were gonna wave at me or something... I don't know.
I still have no cable. I'm not being bitchy about it atleast I have power. There are plenty more (including my grandmother) who do not have power and well some with out homes even. Speaking of which.. The Florida Keys are making Evacuations for their tourists and mobile home residents, seems Hurricane Ivan which is a Category 5 with 160 mph winds, could still strengthen even more once it gets to the coast of the Florida with the warm water.
Where's it's heading I have no clue. With out cable I am in the dark. I hear it's suppose to follow the same path as Hurricane Charley come in off the Gulf of Mexico and hit us here in Central Florida but I personally do not know. Unless I sneek into the WESH Channel 2 weather studio and sit next to Dave and he tells me one on one where it is.
But we will deal with Hurricane Ivan if he makes way to Central Florida... and after hearing some news I just heard that probably will change how BigDaddy and I continue our relationship. I could give a FUCK if it hits my house alone. Well okay I would but it would just top it all off.
Now my mother just called and told me they have Ivan going thru the Keys and right up the middle of the state. Gee..
