Meeting New People w/ Books...
It's offical. Well offical as your ever gonna get. Hurricane Ivan has steared clear of Central Florida, but the Panhandle is ordered to evacuate. It should hit Thursday and as a category 4 storm. Were talking houses with beach side views that didn't have them before.
Were getting some effects of Ivan today. It's cloudy overcast and in the low 80's here. Might get some local rain showers, but as far as winds are concerned. None. Were to far inland and well Ivan is too far out there.
Tonight is the first local Bookcrossing meeting over at the Florida Mall in Panera Bread. I am going. Seems like a neat group to join along with seeing some new faces, that I read about in their blogs. I've got 5 books I'm going to release into the wild , as they call it. I watched Las Vegas last night. What the hell did they do to my boy. Danny came back from the war, with massive inner head problems. Flashbacks and all that. They better go thru with this wedding thing with his bestfriend/lover. If they cancel that the show will go to pot after that. All in all it was a good show. I liked last seasons opener with the Elvis song... I don't like the new. Then again I was not much for change.
LAX... hmmmmm... where to start. I did not care for it. I watched it, I did not laugh at all thru it. Healther Loocky as I call her, is hitting the years and showing it. Her and that black guy on the show will be in bed before the season is over with. If it makes it pass this season I will be amazed.
You know back to the Florida Mall... I havent been there in like 3 years. I might go home change and go straight there, walk around and look at stuff. Might have to pick my up some stuff too. Hmmmmm... now what can a girl get thats at a mall. I know lots and lots of stuff... but from a particular store. Hmmmmmm... VS here I come!!
